How many types of fire monitors are there?
There are three types of FIRE MONITORs on the market according to their functions.
1. FIXED FIRE MONITOR
2. Mobile FIRE MONITOR
3. Electronically controlled FIRE MONITOR
However, if there is a simpler classification method, there are only two types in total.
1. Water monitor: This type of fire monitor uses non-corrosive liquids such as water as the medium it uses, so it may be made of aluminum alloy.
2. FOAM & WATER monitor: This type of fire monitor uses corrosive liquids such as foam liquid as the medium it uses, so it needs to use corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel & brass.
