When the pressure water flow passes through the portion mixer of the diaphragm foam tank, the portion mixer divides the flow according to the portion. During this time, a small amount of water enters the foam tank interlayer (capsule) and is kneaded. Due to the small pressure difference between the front and back of the mixer nozzle, the internal foam liquid is squeezed out through the straw, and mixes with the water mixing platform to become a foam mixed liquid flow, and the foam mixing platform liquid is output for foam spraying equipment (foam generator, foam nozzle).

The diaphragm in the diaphragm foam tank is a high-strength composite rubber membrane that can always separate water and fire-fighting foam liquid. The remaining fire-fighting foam liquid can continue to be used without affecting the service life of the fire-fighting foam liquid, avoiding the waste of fire-fighting foam liquid.

After using an ordinary foam tank, all the foam mixture must be released, the foam tank must be thoroughly cleaned, and the remaining foam cannot be used again; due to the existence of the diaphragm, the foam tank can be used appropriately to reduce waste and reduce the workload of the foam tank.
