1.Product performance and use:

 

The nominal working pressure of the ZSFZ type wet alarm device produced by our company is 1.6Mpa. The main material is nodular cast iron, and there is also a stainless steel wet alarm valve. The product meets the GB5135.2-2003 standard requirements.

(1) Wet alarm valve is an important component of wet automatic sprinkler system. It is mainly composed of wet valve, retarder and hydraulic alarm bell. Its main function is: when the sprinkler is turned on to spray water to make the water in the pipeline flow, it can automatically open the valve flap, and make the water flow into the hydraulic alarm bell and the pressure switch to issue an alarm sound and an electrical signal. Among automatic fire extinguishing systems, wet sprinkler systems are the most widely used systems.

(2) The applicable ambient temperature for wet automatic sprinkler system is 4 ℃ -70 ℃.

3. working principle

(1) Wet alarm valve is an externally balanced diaphragm seat ring structure. Its wet alarm valve device is mainly composed of valve body, valve seat, disc, check compensation valve, filter, water test valve, retarder, pressure switch. , Hydraulic alarm bells, pressure gauges and pipeline accessories are assembled by galvanized water pipes and joints. The valve disc is hinged and fixed with a gasket. A groove and a small hole leading to the retarder alarm pipeline are provided on the sealing end face of the valve seat. When the valve disc is closed, the groove is also closed, and the valve disc As soon as it is turned on, water enters the hydraulic alarm bell and pressure switch through the grooves and small holes. If the water source pressure fluctuates or a water hammer occurs, a pressure balance compensation device and a delay device located outside the wet alarm valve can reliably prevent the malfunction of the wet alarm valve and avoid false alarms. When the inlet pressure is 0.14MPa and the continuous flow Q value of the system is in the range of 15L / min

(2) When the system is in a quasi-working state, the valve flap covers the groove on the seat ring, and the alarm pipe leading to the retarder has no water flowing. However, when a fire alarm in the protection area causes one or more sprinklers in the pipe network to start water spraying, the system can sensitively open the valve flap to supply water for fire extinguishment. At the same time, a small part of the water passes through the small hole in the groove of the valve seat. Flow to the alarm pipeline, after the delay of filling the delay device, continue to flow to the hydraulic alarm bell and the pressure switch, so that the hydraulic alarm bell sounds an alarm, and the pressure switch action sends out an electrical signal to the fire control center, or it is issued by the command to start Fire pumps or other electrical equipment.

(3) The wet alarm valve device is provided with a manual alarm test pipeline. Under normal use, the ball valve between the alarm port of the valve body and the retarder is normally open and locked, and the ball valve of the manual alarm test line is normally closed. When the alarm device needs to be manually inspected, the alarm port ball valve is unlocked and the ball valve is closed, and the manual alarm test line ball valve is opened, and the function of the alarm device can be manually inspected without activating the clapper assembly.
